Positive molding technology is an important factor in the production of IFK Brake Pads. Positive molding is the technology that has been adopted by O.E. friction suppliers for manufacturing brake pads. The brake pads produced by this technology are proven to have much better stopper performance, longer pad life, and resistance of heat fade.

All the raw materials and accessories are inspected by all the means of measurement and lab testing before putting into the production under the relative quality standards.
Two kinds of inspection. Initial inspection before the mess production for product quality. Routing Inspection periodically during the production to ensure that all the process are up to the standard and to stop any sets of defective pads.
The pads will be tested for stability of friction coefficient during the different range of temperature and the braking performance in the wading troughs, as well as the sheer force test, which is used to check the strength of a friction material. The lab inspection helps to ensure that the pads fulfill the legal requirements. Failure to comply with the minimum requirements could result in a sudden complete failure of the brake system during braking.
The pads will be taken the final checkup before the delivery, which is included the precise size measurement, the necessary accessories, the printing and the product appearance.
